The trainer’s position is divided to 3 major parts:
1. 25% – Training the course according to the lesson plan
2. 25% – Building the training infrastructure and program – lessons, reports, opening users with IT and HR and etc.
3. 50% – Escorting the new agents in their teams, implementing knowledge and work procedures

Ability to learn a big amount of material in a short period of time Fast learner
Approachable. Knows how to convey a message in front of an audience and in person People person
Willingness to work hard and during irregular working hours. Ability to motivate others. Motivation aspects
Must be an amazing salesman Sales oriented
Ability to work with a variety of interface including internal and external
Work interfaces
Working according to schedule in a pushy environment Organized and thorough
Executing orders on time and working according to work procedures Understanding of work hierarchy
Has to have multi-tasking abilities Working under pressure
Additional skills required (education, languages, computer skills, appearance and such)
Fluent English, other languages – advantage. At least 3 months as a retention agent with more than 50K in deposits – a must. Presentable appearance, knowledge in Microsoft Office. Prior experience in training – advantage
