Manage the analysts team: be the main counterpart to business users, prioritize tasks, coach team
members and ensure quality.
• Analyze and compare actual metrics and forecasts, identify factors and recommend actions for the
business users out of a big data environment.
• Working with many organizational interfaces and providing business insights.

Requirements:
• 2+ years experience leading an analyst team.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis.
• 2-3 years of experience working in a big-data environment.
• High level of proficiency in SQL (MySQL or PostgreSQL).
• Experience in working with BI visualization tools (Tableau, Qlikview, Tibco or others).
• Experience in building and applying statistical models.
• Experience with R, MATLAB or equivalent.
• Excellent English skills.
• Detailed oriented.
• Ability to draw conclusions from data and recommend actions to business users and company’s
management.
• High service oriented approach, strong communications skills.
• B.A/B.sc or equivalent related to engineering, information technology, statistics or similar.
