English Affiliate manager
Ongoing Affiliate contact via phone, email and chat functions
Seek out new Affiliates, manage existing Affiliates and reactivate lapsed affiliate
accounts.
Analyze performance and recommend/implement improvements to meet
Affiliates’ online marketing objectives
Demonstrate business values and application of our analytics tools
Understand Affiliate wants and needs
Provide support to Affiliates, understand their needs and provide solutions in real
time
Represent Affiliate needs inside our organization
Retain Affiliates through exceptional customer service
Analyze profitability of Affiliate campaign.
At least 2 years of experience as a Risk manager/ fraud management- a MUST
B.A degree- a Must
Knowledge in international credit card regulations – a Must
Past experience from PSP companies (International payment service provider) – BIG advantage
Declining to detail, meticulous
High level of English- a Must
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work alone and as part of a team
Required Experience:1-2 years
