Account Manager is WANTED
An online digital media company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, with experience in working with clients within the online Media space.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the portfolio of all the direct clients/ startups, including client service, up-sell and retention.
Position’s general overview
The Customer Success Manager is a media expert who manages the company’s Startups-portfolios. The position requires handling of service aspects as well as business development aspects alongside the performance, retention and practical / technical aspects of media projects for clients. This includes:
· High level service and business orientation, High level of negotiation skills
· Tracking of performance activity
· Recognize and convert up-sell opportunities into sales on an ongoing basis
· Creativity and ability to “think outside the box” – marketing wise
· High analytical skills.
Requirements
· Advantageous – prior experience as an Account Manager/ Customer success Manager in online advertising companies/ Online agency’s/ or Account Manager in the client side.
· Mandatory – Fluency in English- with emphasis on reading and writing
· Mandatory -BA/BSC degree
